It is listed at 1500 New Holland Rd Ste E3, Reading, PA 19607, which places it among the local businesses of Reading that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–10 pm. Note that it does not open on Wednesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Giavanna's Pizzería at (484) 341-3652; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, giavannaspizzeria.com.

Reading is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Reading is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. My family and I dropped by after a busy day and we were starving. The two gentlemen were warm and attentive. The lady was lovely and brought out our food hot and fresh. We ordered a Large cheese pizza, garlic knots, and French fries. We're definitely coming back!

We got home late from a trip one night and we were hungry. This was the only pizzeria open for delivery. We never tried Giavanna’s until that night. Best pizza in the area by far. We will never order from anywhere else! Love your pizza!

I came across their ad on Facebook and decided to try their pizza. They currently offer takeout and delivery only. The place is very clean, and the new managers have done an amazing job remodeling the restaurant, it looks great. They were super friendly and welcoming. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and it was delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try more items. Highly recommend!

Def one of the better Italian shops in town. Really generous portions. A few oddities, however. The lettuce on my Italian sub was really wet. Maybe they just washed it? Also could have been whoever made the sandwich drizzled a little too much oil on top. Either way, it was glistening with some sort of liquid and that led to it being soggy rather than nice and crisp. Also didn't expect thickly breaded chicken in the chicken Marsala, but that wasn't really an issue. There was a lack of sauce, though, in my opinion, so that left a lot of dry, bland bites of pasta because it just wasn't coated thoroughly. The salads were really good and filling. Lots of meat. Definitely eats like a meal. One drawback perhaps was the fact that on the Chef Salad, the meat wasn't rolled up and sliced. So there were basically just big slabs of meat layered on top. I've ordered chef salads from a ton of restaurants around town, and what they'll do is roll up the meat and cheese, then cut them into about 4-5 sections. It just makes it so much easier to eat. Better presentation as well. Everything tasted good, though. And the delivery packaging was also well done. I'll definitely order from these guys aga
